After a Scout in a troop has completed the requirements for any rank, the Scout appears before a board of review. Its purpose is to determine the quality of the Scout's experience and decide whether the Scout has fulfilled the requirements for the rank.
At least one district or council representative must serve as a member of an Eagle Scout board of review. After the troop committee has received the approval from council to schedule an Eagle Scout board of review, the troop advancement chairs or designees fills out the form below to request a representative from the district to attend your board of review.
